What is DriveCrate?

DriveCrate is the only subscription box for Formula 1 fans available worldwide. We‘ve partnered up with leading motorsport brands to deliver monthly themed boxes, containing unique items from across the world of F1.

How much does a DriveCrate subscription cost?

Our subscription is £24.99 per month. You can purchase either a month to month subscription or pre-pay for a set number of months up to 12 months.

I’m a new subscriber, what’s my first box?

If you are a new customer ordering from DriveCrate for the very first time, in your first month you will receive our “Box Box Box” crate. This crate contains a selection of handpicked items from across the world of F1. From official merchandise to tasty race-themed treats, you’ll feel closer to the action like never before!

After your first box, you’ll follow the F1 calendar around the world, celebrating the diverse tracks and countries the pinnacle of motorsport has to offer.

When do boxes ship?

Apart from the first box you receive when joining DriveCrate, all boxes ship on the third weekend of the month. Payments for each month’s box are taken on the first of the month.

How much is shipping?

If you’re in the UK then shipping is just £1.99 per month. If you’re outside the UK then we have a low shipping rate of £9.99 per crate.

How do I change my address?

Login to your account via the ‘My Account’ button

  • Enter your login details
  • Under ‘Shipping Address’ click ‘EDIT’ you can now amend/update the shipping address

If you need to change your details within in a week of the stated delivery date, please click here to create a ticket with your name, OLD delivery details, NEW delivery details and subscription number/unique code and a member of our fulfilment team will update our records for you.

Where is my parcel?

Apart from the first box you receive when joining DriveCrate, all boxes ship on the third weekend of the month. Payments for each month’s box are taken on the first of the month.

If you’ve had your shipping confirmation email then it’s on the way! In the UK it should take about 2-3 days with our courier. If you miss the delivery, they should leave a card for you, but if they don’t just let us know.

International parcels will take longer (7-10 days).  If there are customs issues then it can be a little longer, in some cases mail to Australia can take 10-12 days.

When will I be charged?

When you sign up for your first box, payment will be taken immediately and your box should arrive in 3-5 working days.

For all following boxes, renewals occur on the 1st of the month and parcels ship from the Monday of the third week of the month.

If you have chosen a recurring pre-pay schedule, then you will be charged for the chosen number of months, and then the same number of months will be charged again at the end of the period. For example if you bought 6 months in 8th January, you will be charged for another 6 months on the 8th of July. You can set these pre-pay bundles to not recur if you prefer.

How do I cancel?
  • Login to your account here:  via the ‘My Account’ button enter your login details
  • Under ‘Your Subscription(s)’ on left click ‘EDIT’ then at the bottom click ‘cancel subscription’

Your subscription is cancelled from the next renewal, so if you have a recurring subscription you might still have a parcel on the way depending whereabouts in the schedule you are (see above). If you have a pre-paid subscription and you wish to cancel, please click here to create a ticket with your name, delivery details and subscription number/unique code and a member of our fulfilment team will update our records for you.

How do I make a return?

We’re sure that you will love your parcel.  However if you need to make a return, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, please click here to create a ticket with your name, delivery details and subscription number/unique code and a member of our fulfilment team will update this for you.
