What is the Happiness Guarantee?
DriveCrate is run by F1 fans, for F1 fans. We always want you to be happy! Sometimes, shipping carriers get things wrong, and while it's not always within our control, it still hurts to hear about any problems - we will always do everything we can to make it right!
How do I get in contact with the Customer Support Team?
You can get in touch with our Customer Support Team anytime by emailing [email protected] or filling out our Contact Form.
We will always do our best to respond within a few hours (normally much sooner)! If you have not received a response from us within 48 hours, it's likely we didn't receive your message or that our response has ended up in your spam or junk folder.

DriveCrate is the only subscription box for Formula 1 fans available. Founded by a team of passionate race fans, we've partnered up with leading motorsport brands to deliver monthly themed boxes, containing unique items from across the world of F1.
How much does a DriveCrate subscription cost?
Our subscription is £39.99 per month. You will always receive £50+ worth of value in each box!
What's inside the box?
Each month, you'll receive a crate packed full of the best-handpicked items from across the world of F1. From brand-new official team merchandise and limited-edition gifts to delicious race-themed treats, you're guaranteed to feel closer to the on-track action than ever before! Each box is themed around the upcoming races, so there's always plenty to look forward to!
Can I gift DriveCrate?
Absolutely! Simply choose the gifting option at the checkout and enter the recipient's shipping address.
Are the items in the box size specific?
No, the items found in our boxes are one size fits all, so there will always be plenty for you to enjoy!
What happens during the off-season?
We ship one box a month, even during the off-season! Our off-season boxes feature limited-edition unique themes.
Managing Subscriptions
How do I change the shipping address for my subscription?
No problem! You just need to log in to your account via the 'My Account' button
- Enter your login details
- Under 'Shipping Address' click 'Edit'. Here you can amend/update the shipping address.
If you need to change your details within a week of the stated delivery date, please contact [email protected] with your name, new delivery details and subscription number and a member of our team will update our records for you.
How can I pause my subscription?
Pausing your subscription allows you to skip a box or two whenever needed. If you're looking to pause your subscription, please send an email to us at [email protected] where our friendly team will be able to assist.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're really sorry to hear this! If you're looking to cancel your subscription, please send an email to us at [email protected] where our friendly team will be able to assist.
When will my subscription be billed?
When you sign up for your first box, payment will be taken immediately. For all following boxes, renewals occur on the 1st of the month and boxes ship by the end of the month.
What is your refund policy?
We're sure that you will love your DriveCrate! However, if you need to make a return, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your box, and contact [email protected] with your name, delivery details and subscription number and a member of our team will be able to help.

US Shipping is free and includes all taxes and tariffs. All US orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days.
When will my box ship?
All boxes ship by the end of each month. Payments for each month's box are processed on the first of the month. We always ship as close to the chosen race weekend as possible!
Where is my box?
If you've had your shipping confirmation email then it's on the way! In the UK it should take about 2-5 working days with Royal Mail. If you miss the delivery, they should leave a card for you, but if they don't, just let us know. International shipments will take a little longer (5-7 working days).

My box arrived damaged, can you help?
Oh no! We always do our best to protect our boxes from damage, but sometimes postal carriers can be a little rough! If your box arrives damaged, please reach out to us with photos at [email protected] or fill out our Contact Form and we'll be happy to send a replacement!
